  • 9 pieces lasagna noodles Cooked according to package instructions
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Divide into two portions
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup marinara sauce Divided for layering
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley Chopped, for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and lay them flat on a clean surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, crab meat, shrimp, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the cheese mixture on each noodle and roll them up tightly.
Assembly
  1. In a baking dish, pour half of the marinara sauce at the bottom. Place the roll-ups seam side down on top of the sauce.
  2. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the roll-ups, and then drizzle heavy cream on top.
  3. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Baking
  1. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  2. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the lasagna noodles, as they may break when rolling. You can add other seafood like scallops or lobster for extra flavor. Experiment with different cheeses, such as feta or gouda, for a unique twist. To store leftovers, allow them to cool completely. Place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
