  • 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 16 oz cream cheese (cubed)
  • 12 oz noodles (bow tie, penne, or egg noodles)

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Pour the cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly on top.
  4. Add the cubed cream cheese.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for about 5 hours.
  2. Cook your noodles according to package instructions about 15 minutes before the chicken is done. Drain and set aside.
  3. Once the chicken is fully cooked, shred it directly in the crockpot.
  4. Stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the cooked noodles and mix everything together until well coated.

Notes

For best results, add a splash of milk or broth if the sauce is too thick. Stir occasionally for a smoother texture. Use freshly cooked noodles and season with black pepper or garlic powder for extra flavor. Variations include serving over rice or mashed potatoes, and adding red pepper flakes or hot sauce for spice.
