Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Making the Creamy Sauce
  1. Pour in the heavy cream (or milk) and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir continuously to create a smooth base.
  2. Add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until fully melted and the sauce becomes rich and creamy.
Combining and Serving
  1. Add the cooked pasta into the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  2. Fold in the crispy bacon, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

You can easily adapt this recipe to your taste. Add spinach for freshness, sprinkle red pepper flakes for a bit of heat, or mix in grilled chicken for extra protein.
