Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta with chopped cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, diced bell pepper, and finely chopped red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise with salt, pepper, and dill (if using) to taste.
- Pour the mayo mixture over the pasta and veggies, stirring until everything is well coated.
- Add olives if desired and mix again.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
