- In the same skillet, add sun-dried tomatoes and additional garlic. Sauté briefly until fragrant.

- Pour in the half and half and bring to a gentle boil. Add shredded mozzarella cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
Step 5: Add Seasoning
- Stir in basil, red pepper flakes, paprika, and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Step 6: Combine Everything
- Return the shrimp to the skillet and add the cooked pasta. Mix well, adding a bit of reserved pasta water if needed to adjust the consistency.
