  • 2 cups green grapes Washed and halved if large
  • 2 cups red grapes Washed and halved if large
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries Sliced, use fresh and ripe for best flavor
Dressing
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt Can substitute with flavored yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey Can substitute with maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the green grapes, red grapes, and sliced strawberries.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vanilla yogurt, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the fruit and gently toss until all the fruit is coated.
