  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use more for a stronger cheesy flavor.
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper For a little heat, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice each corn cob into thirds.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add corn pieces and cook until lightly browned in spots.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and reduce heat.
  6. Stir in Parmesan, parsley, black pepper, and paprika.
  7. Simmer until the sauce thickens into a creamy glaze.
  8. Serve warm, spooning extra sauce over the top.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat, adding a splash of cream or water if needed.
