Ingredients
  

Creamy Mixture
  • 8 oz cream cheese Make sure it is softened for easier blending.
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar Adjust according to your taste preference.
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
Fruits
  • 2 lbs green grapes Make sure to wash thoroughly and dry.
  • 2 lbs purple grapes Make sure to wash thoroughly and dry.
Toppings
  • 1 cup chopped pecans You can substitute with walnuts or almonds.
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend the softened cream cheese with the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Wash all the fruits thoroughly and dry them with a towel.
  3. Gently mix the fruits into the creamy mixture until every piece is well-coated.
  4. In a small bowl, toss the chopped pecans with brown sugar.
  5. Sprinkle the sweet nut mixture over the top of the salad.

Notes

Serve in a large bowl or individual cups, and garnish with additional pecans or a sprig of mint. Enjoy chilled for the best taste. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 1-2 days for freshness.
