  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups spinach, fresh or frozen
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • as needed Olive oil or butter for greasing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, arrange the chicken breasts.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mushrooms, and spinach.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken, ensuring it's well coated.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden on top.

Notes

This dish can be served with steamed rice, mashed potatoes, or a fresh side salad. Grated cheese and fresh herbs like parsley can be added as garnishes. For a crunch, add breadcrumbs before baking.
