  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Freshly shredded for better melting texture.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For added flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder For additional seasoning.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a large rectangular baking pan.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the rotini pasta and cook until just slightly firm to the bite.
  3. Drain the pasta and transfer it to the prepared baking pan.
  4. Pour the Alfredo sauce and chicken broth over the pasta and stir gently to combine.
  5. Add the shredded rotisserie chicken, garlic powder, and onion powder to the pan. Mix until the pasta is evenly coated.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in the oven.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes to blend the flavors and warm the sauce.
  8. Remove the foil and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Return the dish to the oven for several more minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven, allow to cool briefly, then serve.

Notes

For the best results, ensure pasta is slightly firm before baking and use freshly shredded cheese for a smoother melt. Consider adding vegetables like broccoli or spinach, or flavor enhancers like mushrooms or sun-dried tomatoes.
