- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a large rectangular baking pan.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the rotini pasta and cook until just slightly firm to the bite.
- Drain the pasta and transfer it to the prepared baking pan.
- Pour the Alfredo sauce and chicken broth over the pasta and stir gently to combine.
- Add the shredded rotisserie chicken, garlic powder, and onion powder to the pan. Mix until the pasta is evenly coated.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in the oven.
- Bake for about 20 minutes to blend the flavors and warm the sauce.
- Remove the foil and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Return the dish to the oven for several more minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool briefly, then serve.
Notes
For the best results, ensure pasta is slightly firm before baking and use freshly shredded cheese for a smoother melt. Consider adding vegetables like broccoli or spinach, or flavor enhancers like mushrooms or sun-dried tomatoes.
