  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Pepper jack cheese can be used for extra spice.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (optional) Add for a spicy kick.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
For serving

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and milk.
  2. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in jalapeños (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the dip cool completely and transfer it to an airtight container. Keep it in the refrigerator for about 3-5 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warm.
