Ingredients
  

Fresh Fruit
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
  • 2 cups green apples, chopped Granny Smith apples work well.
  • 1 cup grapes, halved Red or green grapes can be used.
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks Fresh or canned (drained) pineapple.
  • 1 cup bananas, sliced Add last to keep fresh.
Creamy Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it's at room temperature.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Use pure vanilla extract for better flavor.
For Serving
  • to taste Caramel sauce Drizzle over the top just before serving.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until light and creamy.
  3. Wash and prepare all the fruit, cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Fold the fruit gently into the creamy mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the salad just before serving.

Notes

Chill the salad for 30–60 minutes before serving. Use fresh, ripe fruit for the best flavor. Don't overmix to keep the fruit intact. Consider adding chopped nuts or mini marshmallows for extra texture.
