  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese divided
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 8 pieces flour tortillas

  2. Stir in the refried beans, sour cream, salsa, and half of the shredded cheese.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  4. Spoon the beef and bean mixture onto each tortilla and roll them up.
  5. Place the burritos in a baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Serving
  1. Serve the creamy burritos warm, straight from the oven, with additional salsa if desired.

Notes

To save time, use pre-cooked or leftover ground beef. You can add diced bell peppers or corn for extra flavor and texture. Experiment with different types of cheese, like pepper jack or Monterey Jack. If you like spice, consider adding jalapeños to the beef mixture.
