Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Base Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Making the Sauce
  1. Pour in the heavy cream (or milk) and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir continuously to create a smooth base.
  2. Add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until fully melted and the sauce becomes rich and creamy.
Combining
  1. Add the cooked pasta into the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  2. Fold in the crispy bacon, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

This dish is quick, simple, and incredibly satisfying. You can easily adapt it by adding spinach for freshness, sprinkling red pepper flakes for heat, or mixing in grilled chicken for extra protein.
