Ingredients
  

For the Smoothie
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice Can substitute with coconut water for a tropical twist.
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 3 ounces silken firm tofu Can substitute with yogurt for a creamier texture.
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries Fresh berries can be used, but may require ice cubes.
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries Can use fresh strawberries as an alternative.

Preparation
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Cover and process until blended.
  3. Serve immediately in tall glasses.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for a better taste. If leftovers are stored, drink them within a day for best flavor and texture.
