  • 400 g ground beef
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 50 g grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Method

Preparation
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, cook the pasta until al dente according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Season lightly with salt and pepper, then set aside.

  4. Mix in grated Parmesan, oregano, paprika powder, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Let the sauce thicken slightly.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and beef to the sauce, tossing gently until well coated.
  6. Plate the pasta, garnish with extra Parmesan or fresh parsley, and enjoy while warm.

Notes

Serve with a fresh green salad and garlic bread for a complete meal. Add steamed broccoli or sautéed mushrooms for extra texture. Sprinkle with red chili flakes for a spicy kick. Pair with a glass of white wine or sparkling water with lemon for balance.
