Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 round sourdough bread loaf
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small pieces

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the sourdough bread into a grid pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through the bottom.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the cranberry sauce with the Brie cheese.
  4. Carefully stuff the cranberry and Brie mixture into the cuts of the bread.
  5. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven, unwrap, and serve warm.

Notes

Make sure to not cut all the way through the bottom of the bread to keep the loaf intact while baking. Adjust amounts of cranberry sauce and Brie according to your taste. For extra flavor, consider adding chopped herbs or nuts to the mixture.
