Preparation
- Prepare the chicken. If using raw chicken breasts, cook them until fully done and shred them using two forks. Alternatively, use rotisserie chicken for a shortcut.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Transfer to a plate and crumble once slightly cool.
Cooking
- In a large skillet over medium heat, combine shredded chicken and cream cheese. Stir continuously until the cream cheese melts and blends with the chicken.
- Add ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheeses melt and the mixture becomes creamy.
- Stir in the bacon crumbles and chopped green onions; cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
- Warm flour tortillas in a dry skillet for about 20 seconds per side until soft and flexible.
- Fill each tortilla with the creamy crack chicken mixture and top with your favorite toppings before serving.
Notes
Using rotisserie chicken can save time. For a spicier kick, consider adding hot sauce or sliced jalapeƱos. Serve with lime wedges and cilantro for a fresh contrast.
