Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Optional Toppings
  • sour cream For serving
  • avocado slices For serving
  • fresh cilantro For garnish
  • lime wedges For serving
  • jalapeƱo slices For serving

Method

Preparation
  1. Prepare the chicken. If using raw chicken breasts, cook them until fully done and shred them using two forks. Alternatively, use rotisserie chicken for a shortcut.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Transfer to a plate and crumble once slightly cool.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine shredded chicken and cream cheese. Stir continuously until the cream cheese melts and blends with the chicken.
  2. Add ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheeses melt and the mixture becomes creamy.
  3. Stir in the bacon crumbles and chopped green onions; cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Warm flour tortillas in a dry skillet for about 20 seconds per side until soft and flexible.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the creamy crack chicken mixture and top with your favorite toppings before serving.

Notes

Using rotisserie chicken can save time. For a spicier kick, consider adding hot sauce or sliced jalapeƱos. Serve with lime wedges and cilantro for a fresh contrast.
