- Start by cooking the ground beef in a skillet. Season with salt, pepper, or your favorite spices.
- Once the beef is cooked, add the cream of chicken and mixed veggies. Stir everything together until well mixed.
- In a large baking dish, layer the tater tots on the bottom.
- Spread the meat mixture over the tater tots.
- Sprinkle cheese generously over the meat layer.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up.
- Cover the dish and cook on low for 3 hours.
Notes
Serve hot, directly from the baking dish. Pairs well with a salad or crusty bread. For extra flavor, add hot sauce or a dollop of sour cream on top. For a crunchier topping, leave the tater tots exposed or try adding crushed chips before baking.
