  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. In a skillet, combine the diced apples and cinnamon; cook over medium heat until the apples are soft, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Fold the cinnamon-spiced apples into the cream cheese mixture along with the chopped pecans.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with caramel sauce.

Notes

This dip tastes best when served chilled. To serve, use a festive bowl and fill a platter with dippers like graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzels.
