Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the green beans and baby potatoes with the melted butter, ranch seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture out in a large baking dish or on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
Cooking
- Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and fork-tender and the green beans are slightly crisp on the edges.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle the crumbled cooked bacon over the top.
