Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking for about 4-5 minutes until softened and slightly caramelized. Remove and set aside.
Cooking
  1. In the same skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned and fully cooked. Break it apart as it cooks and season with chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Return the vegetables to the skillet and mix everything together.
  3. Lower the heat and stir in the cottage cheese. Let it warm gently for 2-3 minutes until it melts slightly and creates a creamy coating.
  4. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Use a nonstick pan for best texture, don't overheat the cottage cheese, and season in layers for deeper flavor. Let it rest briefly before serving.
