Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil, then place them in a baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, ranch seasoning, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread the cottage cheese mixture over the chicken breasts.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
