Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, Parmesan, and garlic powder.
  3. Coat each chicken cutlet with the cottage cheese mixture.
  4. Place the cutlets on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is lightly golden.
