- Microwave the dry Betty Crocker brownie mix in a bowl for 90 seconds, stirring halfway, to heat-treat the flour. Let it cool.
- Beat the softened Philadelphia cream cheese and milk together until smooth.
- Gradually add the cooled brownie mix, beating until a thick, dark batter forms.
- Fold in the thawed Cool Whip to lighten the texture, then stir in half of the rainbow chocolate chips.
- Top with the remaining rainbow chips and a chopped-up Little Debbie Cosmic Brownie before serving.
Notes
Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Stir before serving as it may thicken when chilled. For added texture, mix in chopped nuts or more candy pieces. Experiment with different whipped topping flavors for a unique twist.
