- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and the whipped topping. Stir or whisk until completely smooth with no streaks.
- Pour in the entire half gallon of chocolate milk and stir thoroughly until mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a large freezer-safe container with a lid.
Freezing
- Every hour, stir the mixture well to break up any frozen edges and incorporate them back into the center until it reaches a thick, slushy, soft-serve consistency.
- Once the mixture is thick and creamy, scoop it into cups or bowls and serve immediately.
Notes
Stir every hour for the best consistency. Use full-fat chocolate milk for creaminess. For a vanilla version, replace chocolate milk with regular whole milk and add a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Extras like mini chocolate chips or crushed Oreos can be added before freezing.
