Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the condensed milk, cocoa powder, flour, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan.
- Serve and enjoy your soft, rich chocolate cake!
Notes
Serve plain or dusted with powdered sugar. It pairs well with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days at room temperature or up to a week in the refrigerator.
