Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a ceramic baking dish, combine the raw diced chicken breast, cream of chicken soup, and mixed vegetables.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well combined.
  4. If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Baking
  1. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden.

Notes
