  • 2 cups Coconut milk Use canned or fresh coconut milk.
  • 1 cup Juice (your choice) Orange, pineapple, or berry juice works well.
  • 2 cups Ice Or use frozen fruits for a thicker texture.
  • 1 cup Favorite fruits (such as blueberries, strawberries, or tropical fruits) Choose fresh or frozen fruits.

Preparation
  1. Blend together juice, coconut milk, and ice with your favorite fruits until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture over ice and enjoy cold!

Notes

Serve in tall glasses garnished with fresh fruit or mint. Store leftovers in the fridge for a short time but best enjoyed fresh. Use frozen fruits for a thicker drink and experiment with juice flavors.
