  • 2 cups spinach or other leafy green Use any leafy green of your choice.
  • 1 cup coconut water or plain water Coconut water adds a nice flavor but plain water can be substituted.
  • 2 bananas, sliced and frozen Frozen bananas ensure a creamy texture.
  • 1/2 avocado Adds creaminess and healthy fats.
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes Unsweetened coconut flakes are preferred.
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds Can be replaced with other seeds or nuts.

Preparation
  1. Add all smoothie bowl ingredients to a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend until thick and creamy.
  3. Pour into a bowl.
Serving
  1. Top with kiwi, blueberries, coconut flakes, and sunflower seeds.
  2. Serve immediately after making.

Notes

To achieve the perfect creamy texture, use frozen bananas. Experiment with different leafy greens like kale or Swiss chard. Add honey or maple syrup for sweetness if desired.
