- Pour the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal into an extra-large mixing bowl.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate wafers and butter together in 30-second bursts, stirring until totally smooth.
- Pour the melted white chocolate mixture evenly over the cereal and use a spatula to toss gently until every square is coated.
- In a large, gallon-sized zip-top bag, combine the powdered sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Carefully transfer the wet, coated cereal into the zip-top bag, seal it tightly, and shake vigorously until all the cereal is coated in the sweet cinnamon sugar.
- Spread the Muddy Buddies out on parchment paper to cool and harden for 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For stronger cinnamon flavor, add more ground cinnamon. Customize with mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, or different cereal flavors.
