- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, yogurt, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until combined.
Cooking
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, scoop small portions of the batter and carefully drop them into the oil. Fry until golden brown, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a separate bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Roll the warm bites in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- For the filling, combine the vanilla JELLO mix and melted white chocolate until smooth.
- Using a piping bag, fill each bite with the filling.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
