Icing Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon.
Cooking
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly.
  2. Pour a ladle of batter onto the skillet, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and cover with more batter.
  3. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Making Icing
  1. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
