Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing included)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (or half-and-half for richer flavor)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Pour the mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces, ensuring they are well coated.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Drizzle the included icing on top and serve warm.

Notes

Make sure to grease the baking dish well to prevent sticking. For an extra sweet touch, add a pinch of cinnamon to the egg and milk mixture. Experiment with adding chocolate chips or nuts for added flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, reheating in the microwave or oven is recommended. You can also freeze leftovers for longer storage.
