Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, or leave it slightly chunky if preferred.
- Pour the mixture into small cups or ramekins.
Cooking
- For an air fryer, preheat to 320°F (160°C) and cook for about 12-15 minutes until set.
- For an oven, preheat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. If you make a large batch, you can freeze individual portions and thaw them in the fridge overnight when ready to eat.
