Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, or leave it slightly chunky if preferred.
  3. Pour the mixture into small cups or ramekins.
Cooking
  1. For an air fryer, preheat to 320°F (160°C) and cook for about 12-15 minutes until set.
  2. For an oven, preheat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. If you make a large batch, you can freeze individual portions and thaw them in the fridge overnight when ready to eat.
