  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon or more for stronger flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together.
  3. Brush the melted butter on one side of each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the buttered side.
  5. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy and lightly golden.
  6. Cool slightly, then cut into wedges and serve.
