  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon For an extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or vanilla extract.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brush both sides of the tortillas with melted butter.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture generously over both sides of the tortillas.
  5. Cut the tortillas into desired shapes (squares or wedges) and place them on a baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until crispy and golden.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Pair with cocoa or coffee, or serve with ice cream or yogurt. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or freeze in a resealable bag after cooling.
