- Add the protein and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until tender.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and broth.
- Pour the sauce over the stir-fried ingredients and stir well to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
