Ingredients
  

Dessert Base
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Use room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Mixture
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Melt on low heat to avoid burning.
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Milk chocolate can be used for a creamier taste.
Crust and Topping
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Melt the Chocolate
  1. Melt butter and chocolate chips together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted chocolate until combined.
  2. In a baking dish, layer the chocolate mixture, then the peanut butter mixture.
  3. Drizzle any remaining chocolate on top.
Set and Serve
  1. Chill in the refrigerator until set, then slice and serve. You can add a dollop of whipped cream or sprinkle crushed peanuts or chocolate shavings on top for garnish.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Warm the knife with hot water before slicing for easier cuts.
