  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup Maple syrup can be used for a vegan option.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Feel free to use dark or white chocolate chips.

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add the Cheerios to the bowl and stir until they are evenly coated.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the Cheerios mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Grease a muffin tin or line it with cupcake liners.
  6. Scoop the mixture into the muffin tin cups and press down firmly.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until set.
  8. Remove from the tin and enjoy your snack!
