- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Add the Cheerios to the bowl and stir until they are evenly coated.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the Cheerios mixture and stir until well combined.
- Grease a muffin tin or line it with cupcake liners.
- Scoop the mixture into the muffin tin cups and press down firmly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until set.
- Remove from the tin and enjoy your snack!
