Cream Cheese Layer
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping.
- Spread this mixture over the cooled Oreo crust.
Chocolate Pudding Layer
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until it thickens.
- Spread it over the cream cheese layer.
Topping
- Spread the remaining whipped topping over the chocolate pudding layer.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
Store any leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 to 5 days. Let it sit for a few minutes at room temperature before serving again for easier cutting. For extra crunch, consider adding chopped nuts or a layer of crushed candy bars. You can change flavors by using different puddings, like vanilla or butterscotch.
