Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool.
Assembling
- Layer the sliced strawberries over the cooled crust.
- Spread whipped cream over the strawberries.
- Drizzle chocolate ganache on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled; you can add extra whipped cream or fresh strawberries on top for decoration. Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to three days. Avoid freezing as it may change the texture of the strawberries and whipped cream.
