Ingredients
  

For the brownie bombs
  • 1 box brownie mix Use your favorite boxed brownie mix.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Consider using mini chocolate chips for better distribution.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour it into a greased baking dish.
  2. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes and let it cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  4. Add the vanilla extract, flour, and salt, mixing until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Once the brownies have cooled, scoop out portions and flatten them in the palm of your hand.
  6. Place a scoop of cookie dough in the center and wrap the brownie around it to form a ball.
  7. Place the brownie bombs on a baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.

Notes

These brownie bombs can be served cold or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
