Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour it into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes and let it cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add the vanilla extract, flour, and salt, mixing until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Once the brownies have cooled, scoop out portions and flatten them in the palm of your hand.
- Place a scoop of cookie dough in the center and wrap the brownie around it to form a ball.
- Place the brownie bombs on a baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.
Notes
These brownie bombs can be served cold or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
