For the brownie bites
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Make sure the butter is fully melted for a smoother batter.
  • 1 cup granulated sugar Can substitute with brown sugar for a richer flavor.
  • 2 large eggs Ensure eggs are at room temperature for better mixing.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For enhanced flavor.
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Can use milk, dark, or white chocolate.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop the batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. Refrigerate for up to a week or freeze for three months. Wrap tightly for freezing.
