  1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and caramel candies together, stirring continuously until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the melted mixture into a large bowl and add the rice cereal, stirring until evenly coated.
  3. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop portions of the mixture onto parchment paper, forming small cookie mounds.
  4. Allow the cookies to cool at room temperature until they firm up and hold their shape.

Notes

For best results, use low heat when melting and stir continuously to avoid burning. Work quickly before the mixture sets, and use parchment paper to prevent sticking. These cookies can be customized with nuts or extra chocolate drizzles.
