- Spoon the filling onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and tuck in the ends to seal.
Frying
- In hot oil, fry the chimichangas seam-side down for about 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and crunchy.
- Drain on paper towels.
Serve
- Serve warm with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for dipping.
