Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2–4 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 lb sausage, sliced
  • 4–6 ears corn, cut into pieces
  • 1 lb potatoes, halved
  • 4–6 boiled eggs (optional)
Seasonings
  • 1/2 cup seafood boil seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2–3 bay leaves
Butter Sauce
  • 1–2 sticks butter
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1–2 tsp chili powder or hot sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the seafood boil seasoning, onion, garlic, lemon, and bay leaves.
  3. Add the potatoes and cook until they are slightly tender.
Cooking
  1. Add the corn and sausage, cooking for a few more minutes.
  2. Add the chicken wings and simmer until they are fully cooked and tender.
  3. Drain everything and transfer it to a large tray or bowl.
Sauce Preparation
  1. In a separate pan, melt the butter and mix in the garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and other spices.
  2. Pour the sauce over the chicken wings and veggies, tossing to coat evenly.
  3. If using, add the boiled eggs, mix gently, and serve hot.

Notes

Serve hot on a large tray or bowl with extra hot sauce or dipping sauces on the side. To store leftovers, let it cool and transfer to an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the fridge.
