  • 1/2 big block Velveeta cheese
  • to taste Taco seasoning Adjust based on desired spiciness
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken Optional; can substitute with rotisserie chicken for convenience
  • 1 cup Salsa Optional

  • Diced tomatoes For garnish
  • Green onions For garnish
  • Sour cream For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
Cooking
  1. In a large pot, combine cooked spaghetti, cubed Velveeta cheese, and taco seasoning.
  2. Stir over medium heat until the cheese is melted and everything is well mixed.
  3. If using, add cooked chicken and salsa, mixing well.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with optional toppings.

Notes

For storage, keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove, adding a bit of water or milk if it looks dry. You can also freeze the dish in a freezer-safe container for 2-3 months.
