Preparation
- Cut the sub rolls in half lengthwise.
- Spread mayonnaise on the inside of each roll.
- Layer the sliced chicken evenly on the rolls.
- Add shredded lettuce and tomato slices on top of the chicken.

- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Close the sandwiches and serve.
Notes
