Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 3–4 lbs chicken breast, cut into pieces or fillets Fresh or thawed
Garlic Herb Marinade
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt & pepper To taste
Honey Mustard Marinade
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper To taste
BBQ Marinade
  • 3 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Lemon Pepper Marinade
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt To taste
Teriyaki Marinade
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar For sweetness
  • 1 tsp ginger Grated or minced
  • 1 clove garlic
Spicy Chipotle Marinade
  • 2 tbsp chipotle sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt To taste
Cilantro Lime Marinade
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt To taste
Garlic Butter Marinade
  • 2 tbsp melted butter Unsalted preferred
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp parsley Chopped
  • Salt & pepper To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix each marinade directly with the chicken.
  2. Seal the container or bag.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
  4. You can also freeze them for up to 2 months.
Cooking
  1. For pan-frying: Cook for 6–8 minutes per side.
  2. For air frying: Cook at 180°C for 15–18 minutes.
  3. For baking: Cook at 400°F for 20–25 minutes.

Notes

Serve the marinated chicken with a side of vegetables, rice, or salad. You can also slice the chicken for wraps or sandwiches. Use fresh ingredients for more flavor and adjust seasonings based on your taste preferences. Try cooking chicken on a grill for added flavor and texture.
